Terms and Conditions

This membership agreement is made between Burlington Training Centre and the online member purchasing a membership.

Membership Details

- All online memberships purchased are for a 1 year term, unless indicated as month-to-month.
- Monthly membership fees will be communicated at time of purchase.

Payment Methods

- Monthly dues will be paid via the payment method provided at time of purchase (EFT, credit card, etc.).
- If payments are stopped or changed, monthly dues may increase.
- Burlington Training Centre has the right to increase monthly dues if applicable taxes or rates increase.

Renewal

- All memberships will automatically renew after the initial 1 year term, unless cancelled.
- Renewal terms and dues amounts are subject to change with notice.

Late Payments and Fees

- Payments more than 10 days late will incur a late fee.
- Returned/bounced payments will incur a service fee.
- All late fees, service fees and amounts owed are subject to collection.

General Gym Rules

- Members must follow all rules and policies of Burlington Training Centre.
- Children must be supervised.
- No drugs, alcohol, loud language or personal advertising allowed on premises.

Cancellation and Termination

- Members may cancel month-to-month memberships with 30 days notice.
- 1 year contracts may be cancelled by paying out remaining balance.
- Cancellations require all past due amounts to be paid.
- Cancellation, with proof and documentation is allowed for death, disability or change of residence over 40km.

Liability Waiver

- Burlington Training Centre is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Miscellaneous Provisions

- Personal information will be collected and used as described in the privacy policy.

This agreement summarizes the key terms for online membership purchases. Members must physically attend the gym. All details are subject to the full agreement provided at time of purchase.
