BTC Team Training will work with your Team's Coaches to address the initial team assessment results and any areas that need improvement. We will also focus on injury prevention while making the athlete faster and stronger. A healthy, strong team is a winning team!

Training intensity, frequency, volume and overall training blocks tailored to the team and the athletes' goals.
Manipulation and periodization of training volume, rep ranges, advanced training variables, and frequency ensure rapid and consistent progress depending on the situation.
Biomechanically safe exercises and exercise selection. It is tailored to the athlete's body and age range, bone length and range of movement.
